This non-gaming property is located approximately one-half block from the Las Vegas Strip, nestled behind and within walking distance to hotel/casinos including Bally's, Paris, Bellagio, The Venetian, Flamingo Hilton, and Harrah's.
Spread over 18 acres, the Las Vegas resort offers 489 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites. Each suite offers a full or partial kitchen, air conditioning, cable TV, and telephone with an additional data port for internet connectivity.
The total of 489 units and is comprised of several one, two and three story buildings. Most buildings have a two-story configuration, and have no elevators.
Guests enjoy the swimming pool, spa, barbecue facilities, fitness center, and elegant main lobby. We offer an on-site Concierge Associate, Activities Associates, 24-hour front desk, convenience store in our main lobby and shuttle service is available to and from McCarran International Airport for a small fee.

Studio suites accommodate up to four persons, although the recommended adult occupancy is two. Rooms have 1 queen size bed, 1 queen size sleeper sofa and 1 full bathroom.
Each suite is air-conditioned, has cable television & a telephone with
data port for internet connectivity. Suites have either a full or
partial kitchen. All suites have irons and ironing boards. |

One bedroom suites accommodate up to four persons. Rooms have 1 king or queen size bed, 1 queen size sleeper sofa and 1 full bathroom.

Two Bedroom suites accommodate up to six people. Each suite has two king size beds and one queen sleeper sofa or one king size bed, two twin beds and one queen size sleeper sofa and either 1, 1.5, or 2 bathrooms.

data port for internet connectivity. Suites have either a full or
